My Job Shadow Experience occurred on August 19, 2008 at Ventura Construction, Inc.
My mentor that day was Mr. Daniel Ventura, President of the company. Ventura Construction, Inc. is a mid-sized contruction company that builds in both the commercial and residential development sections in Chester and Montgomery counties. They have been in business for over 15 years and currently have over thirty-five employees.

My Job Shadow Day Report is divided into three sections:

• The first section is an audio recording and transcript of an interview I had with my job shadow mentor.

• The third section details my reflection of the job shadow experience.
